Russian troops hit Sumy region market, injuring 10
Ten people are known to have been injured in the attack, two of them in serious condition. They are being hospitalized.
Moreover, the Russians also attacked the city of Sumy with two guided aerial bombs, jet-powered drones, and other types of UAVs. Private homes, non-residential premises, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities were damaged.
In addition, in the Hlukhiv community of the Sumy region, the occupiers destroyed a post office with a strike UAV.
Also, in Kherson in the morning, Russian drones attacked two men in the Central district. One of the victims, a 66-year-old Kherson resident who suffered blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his arms and legs, was hospitalized.
The other injured man is a 41-year-old employee of the Kherson regional military administration. He suffered a concussion, blast injury, and closed head injury and was taken to the hospital in moderate condition.
Background
As Rubryka reported earlier, air defense forces neutralized 114 of the 147 drones with which Russian invaders attacked Ukraine from the evening of Aug. 6. Strikes were recorded at 15 locations.
