"Residential buildings and cars were damaged in one district of the city. All relevant services are working at the scene. Specialists are inspecting the area and documenting the consequences," Lysak said.
According to him, authorities are setting up an operational headquarters to help people.
Zaporizhzhia region

"An enemy strike on Zaporizhzhia caused a fire in a high-rise building," Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration, said.
Photos and videos released by Fedorov show flames engulfing apartments in a residential building after an enemy drone hit it.
Officials are still clarifying information on casualties and the extent of the destruction.
Before the attack, authorities had declared an air raid alert in Zaporizhzhia and the region because of the threat of Russian attack drones.
Kirovohrad region
In addition, on the evening of September 3, a Russian drone hit a residential high-rise building in Kropyvnytskyi. The attack injured one person, who was hospitalized.

Andrii Raikovych, head of the Kirovohrad regional military administration, said one person was injured. Doctors hospitalized the victim.
Updated reports also confirmed a hit on an enterprise's premises. Its roof caught fire. Another fire broke out in an open area.
Dnipropetrovsk region
Two law enforcement officers were killed, and another was injured in a Russian drone strike in the Pavlohrad district of Dnipropetrovsk region.
