"Russians found a new escalation": Zelenskyi reports attacks on 13 regions

Crews also continue dealing with the aftermath of Russian strikes in the Obukhiv and Boryspil districts. According to the president, a designated number of rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine are fighting a fire at a pharmaceutical company's warehouse.
In addition, Russian troops struck Nikopol, Kherson, Sumy, Zaporizhzhia, and Khmelnytskyi. Overall, Zelenskyi said, destruction was recorded in 13 regions overnight alone.

According to Zelenskyi, air raid alerts are hardly stopping in many cities and communities because of the threat of Russia using jet-powered drones.
The president stressed that Russian attacks are not stopping and their intensity is growing.
At the same time, the president said Ukraine's leadership works with international partners every day on new defense packages.

It should be noted that on the night of September 3, Russian troops attacked Ukrainian regions with 163 Shahed-type attack UAVs and decoy drones. Air defense units of the Defense Forces shot down most of the enemy aerial targets.
In particular, on the night of September 3, Russian troops attacked Odesa, the Zhytomyr region, and the Khmelnytskyi region. In Odesa, the strike damaged a 21-story residential building and injured 17 people, including three children.
Also, on the evening of September 2, the occupiers attacked the territory of an enterprise in the Khmelnytskyi district with jet-powered UAVs: a fire broke out, and a man was injured.
In addition, late on the evening of September 2, another Russian attack damaged civilian infrastructure in the Zhytomyr community.
On the morning of September 3, Russian troops also struck the Kyiv region. The attack injured two people, damaged civilian sites, and caused fires in the Boryspil and Obukhiv districts. The strike also damaged the Biocon logistics complex in the Boryspil district of Kyiv region — one of the country's largest specialized pharmaceutical warehouses.
