PM Svyrydenko to head Ukraine's delegation at the Ukraine Recovery Conference
In addition to Svyrydenko, the Ukrainian delegation will include representatives of Ukrainian businesses, heads of state-owned companies, representatives of communities from across Ukraine, as well as government officials and members of parliament.
According to the Prime Minister, the conference will feature "many events at different levels that are intended to strengthen Ukraine, Poland, all of our partners, and Europe as a whole." Kyiv expects to sign a number of important agreements with international partners, including those aimed at strengthening Ukraine's energy sector.
"Ukraine is committed to constructive and mutually beneficial partnership in the interests of shared European security, economic development, and long-term prosperity. Ukraine respects its partners and builds cooperation on the principle of mutual respect," Svyrydenko wrote.
It is worth noting that Polish officials previously stated that they had received no indication from President Volodymyr Zelenskyi that he would not attend the International Ukraine Recovery Conference in Gdańsk. At the same time, Polish media reported that Zelenskyi would not participate and that Svyrydenko would instead lead the Ukrainian delegation.
The Ukraine Recovery Conference 2026, scheduled for June 25–26 in Gdańsk, is expected to become one of the key international platforms for attracting investment, developing partnerships, and promoting practical solutions for Ukraine's reconstruction.
Around 1,000 companies are expected to take part in the event: approximately one-third Ukrainian, one-third Polish, and the remaining participants representing international businesses.
As previously reported, on June 25 the Recovery Window media network will host Recovery Talks in Gdańsk — a networking event for Ukrainian media, civil society organizations, businesses, international organizations, and the donor community.
