BGV and Veolia launch strategic partnership in infrastructure, energy, and waste management in Ukraine

The cooperation covers a wide range of areas, including infrastructure, renewable energy, water supply and water treatment, heat and electricity generation from waste (waste-to-energy), as well as waste management.

Under the Memorandum, the parties will jointly ensure project preparation, investment assessment, and subsequent implementation.

"Combining Veolia's global expertise and scale with our ability to act as an investment partner, structure, and finance complex projects in Ukraine creates real potential. We see not only investment logic here, but also a contribution to the reconstruction and development of the country on modern and sustainable foundations," said Oleksii Tymofieiev, Member of the Board of Directors of BGV Group Management.

"Ukraine needs not only reconstruction but also infrastructure modernization in line with the highest standards. The partnership between Veolia and BGV Group Management combines international expertise and Ukrainian investment to implement projects in water supply, energy, and waste management. This will enable communities to benefit from modern and energy-efficient infrastructure," said Yevhen Kalinin, CEO of Veolia Ukraine.
