More than 20 people worked on preparing the ingredients.

According to team member Orysia Andriievska, the preparatory work began after lunch and lasted throughout the night. During that time, the team had to process and cook a huge amount of ingredients.

Before the record was officially registered, a representative of the National Register of Records of Ukraine carried out the necessary measurements. After that, the register's head, Lana Vietrova, announced the result.

She clarified that during the cooking process, organizers recorded each ingredient on video, weighed it separately, and monitored the timing of its addition. This made it possible to confirm compliance with the traditional recipe and ensure that the cooking process had not been artificially accelerated.

After the certificate for the world record in the category "Largest volume of bogrács" was presented, guests were treated to the prepared dish.
