Russian forces launch six airstrikes on Sumy community, killing three and injuring over 15

"Civilians and vehicles were at the epicenter of one of the strikes. This is another deliberate Russian attack on the civilian population," Hryhorov said.

Initially, authorities reported three dead and seven injured. Later, the number of injured rose to 17.

According to regional authorities, the dead include a man and a woman.

Among the injured is a 16-year-old boy.

"He and two other seriously injured people are now undergoing surgery," the regional head said.

According to him, other injured people are receiving the necessary medical care, and some have already been discharged for outpatient treatment after examinations.

"The threat of enemy attacks remains. Stay in safe places and do not approach impact sites because of the risk of repeated strikes," Hryhorov warned again.

On the evening of July 14, Russian troops struck a residential area on the outskirts of Sumy. According to preliminary data, the Russian forces used cluster munitions. Russian drones also hit the territory of the Sumy community, damaging civilian infrastructure. Later, authorities reported that seven people were injured in the shelling.

Also in the morning, Russian troops launched a missile strike on Odesa. The attack damaged residential buildings. As of 7:47 a.m., three people were reported dead. Three more people were injured.
