The modular above-ground concrete shelter near the Unbreakable Mothers center is the first of its kind in Lviv. The city equipped it using budget and grant funds. The total cost is 3.9 million hryvnias, including 1.3 million hryvnias from a grant awarded after the city won the New European Bauhaus Prize 2024 competition.

At the same time, the city is repairing a large shelter for 300 people on Solodova Street, restoring an old shelter as part of the municipal repair program. The shelter on Solodova Street is the seventh large shelter that the city has restored and modernized in recent years under its shelter repair program.
