Russian mass attack on Kyiv kills 12 and injures over 30 civilians: fires and destruction recorded in three districts
According to rescuers, preliminary reports show hits, destruction, and fires in the Sviatoshynskyi, Darnytskyi, and Solomianskyi districts.
