Why Russia has shifted to targeted strikes on cities with Shaheds: Ihnat's explanation

Ihnat commented on the targeted strikes on cities using "Shaheds."

Russia is expanding the geographical scope of its "Shahed" strikes and constantly changing its attack tactics. In particular, in recent days, the enemy has shifted more toward targeted strikes on specific cities.

This was stated by Head of Communications of the Air Force, Yurii Ihnat, during a telethon broadcast.
