Ukrainian track and field team wins eight awards at cross-country meet in Romania

Recently, in the Turkish city of Mersin, the World Championships in powerlifting and bench press for athletes with visual impairments were held (junior and adult categories).
A day before the conclusion of the World Para Swimming Championships in Singapore, the Ukrainian national team won an additional seven medals.
Additionally, for the first time in history, the Ukrainian women's team ranked in the top 5 of the Billie Jean King Cup team standings.
It was also reported that Ukrainian high jumper Yaroslava Mahuchikh was once again nominated for the title of Europe's Best Female Athlete of the Year.
Meanwhile, at the 12th international Ulla Klinger Cup 2025 in Aachen, Germany, Ukrainian divers won four medals between two athletes.
