What a ceasefire at sea would mean for Ukraine — The Navy's explanation

Russia might interpret this concept in its own way, so final conclusions can only be drawn after reviewing the specific terms of a potential agreement.

In the event of a ceasefire at sea, it should primarily mean halting attacks on Ukraine’s port infrastructure.

This was stated by Spokesman of the Ukrainian Navy, Dmytro Pletenchuk, during a broadcast on Radio Svoboda.
