I've always appreciate how Zendaya leans into the themes of her films with how she dresses and does her hair and makeup for premieres. With her recent Dune looks, for example, she went full-blown futuristic at every event. Now that she's shifted gears to Challengers, the sexy tennis movie (I mean, how else would you describe it?), Zendaya has been spotted in sportier and often literally tennis-themed looks. And the latest marries athletic chic with one of the biggest trends of the moment: coquette.

Zendaya walked the red carpet at the UK premiere of Challengers serving (pun intended) in a sparkling, tennis-inspired look. She wore a collared halter dress by Thom Browne that featured a tennis racquet pattern among its white sequins and tennis racket-like netting in the floor-length skirt. But that's not where the sportiness ends.

The new golden blonde hair has followed Zendaya to London, and she collaborated with stylist Ursula Stephen to give it a look we can only describe as coquette-meets-athletic: coqueletic. The super-long style is pulled into a high, tight braid that would keep her hair off her face should she decide to partake in a tennis match. And it's topped off with the accessory of the last few months: a big-ass bow.

“First, we started with clean, damp hair, and took a quarter-sized dollop of the SexyHair Style Hard Up Hard Holding Gel. We added that through the hair, hairline, and nape area to make sure the hair lasts all night,” Stephen explains in a press release. After combing Zendaya's hair into a ponytail, she secured it with a hair tie. “Next, we attached The Hair Shop Wrap Ponytail extension and wrapped the 26” clip-in extensions around the hair to customize and lengthen the look.”

The ponytail was braided and secured at the end with a tiny invisible elastic, and to hold everything in place, she used SexyHair Big Spray & Stay Hairspray.

And of course, the finishing touch was the big, white ribbon — and Zendaya's unmatched confidence.
