The Air Force said the main strike directions were Odesa and Kyiv regions. Aircraft, anti-aircraft missile units, electronic warfare and unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine's Defense Forces repelled the aerial attack.

Background
As Rubryka reported, on the night of September 2, Russian forces attacked the Kyiv region. A Russian attack drone destroyed two townhouses in Vyshneve, Bucha district. The attack caused a fire and destroyed structures in two houses.
That night, Russian forces also carried out a massive attack on Odesa. The strike injured eight people, including a child. It damaged a residential building, cars, office buildings, and two educational institutions.
In addition, on the evening of September 1, Russian forces attacked three warehouses in the Bucha district, Kyiv region, causing fires and destruction. Rescuers extinguished the fires and came under repeated strikes while working.
