Kyiv and the region

Air raid alerts were declared three times overnight in Kyiv and several regions of Ukraine. In the capital and several regions, the alerts sounded because of the threat of ballistic weapons and attack drones.

Kharkiv

In Kharkiv, a Russian drone hit the balcony of an apartment on the fourth floor of a multi-story residential building in the Industrialnyi district. A 30-year-old man was injured in the attack.

Later, Hanzha reported that the number of people injured in the overnight attack on Kryvyi Rih had risen to three.

He clarified that the two previously known victims were men aged 46 and 58. They were hospitalized in moderate condition.

Zaporizhzhia

Russian forces also struck Zaporizhzhia overnight into August 27. Three people were injured in the attack.

"Two men and a woman were injured. They received medical assistance," Zaporizhzhia regional military administration head Ivan Fedorov said.

Sumy region

In addition, late on August 26, Russian forces launched a massive strike on the Romny community in the Sumy region. The attack hit civilian infrastructure facilities.
