Homin choir sets national record with 385 concerts in one year
The record covers the period from August 1, 2025, to July 31, 2026, and was entered in the category "Largest concert tour in the history of Ukraine."
The ensemble received the award on August 16 in Kyiv after a concert on the tour "This choir, this choir… 2.0." TEATR ORG organized the tour.
Homin's popularity rose sharply after its performance of Stepan Hiha's song "This dream…" went viral, garnering millions of views. After that, the choir launched a large-scale tour across Ukraine, held two European tours, and performed in the US and Canada.
In 2026, the ensemble visited 40 Ukrainian cities as part of a new program.
The program "This choir, this choir…" features works by Volodymyr Ivasiuk, Ihor Shamo, Anatolii Kos-Anatolskyi, Ihor Bilozir, Stepan Higa, and other Ukrainian composers. The choir also performs partes concertos, works by Mykola Leontovych, Christmas carols, and world classics.

Together with TEATR.org.ua, the choir raised 10 million hryvnias during the European tour.
The Homin choir of the Lviv Organ Hall and TEATR ORG also transferred 1 million hryvnias to support the National Guard of Ukraine's 12th Special Purpose Brigade "Azov."
In addition, in May this year, the Ukrainian choir Homin completed a North American concert tour, during which it raised more than 6 million hryvnias to support Ukraine's Defense Forces.
