Zelenskyi congratulates Pashinyan on victory and calls Armenia’s elections test for the EU

The Ukrainian head of state congratulated Armenia on holding democratic and free elections and also congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on his political force's victory.

He stressed that this was "a victory for Armenia's sovereignty."

"This is a victory for Armenia's sovereignty, your independence and your right to live as you choose," Zelenskyi wrote.

The president also wished Armenia success and reaffirmed Ukraine's readiness to expand bilateral cooperation.

Separately, the president focused on the European Union's role, urging it not to delay its policy toward Armenia.

He said the EU must take steps to provide the country with real support.
