Ukrainian military medics receive 17 more armored evacuation vehicles from UNITED24
The vehicles are designed to evacuate wounded people from dangerous areas where using conventional medical vehicles could pose additional risks to patients and medical personnel.
Thanks to these vehicles, medics can reach wounded people more safely, evacuate them from dangerous areas, and transport them to stabilization points and healthcare facilities.
This is not the first purchase of armored evacuation vehicles. In particular, 13 more armored vehicles were purchased with UNITED24 funds in 2022. In 2023, the vehicles were delivered to military medics and have since been used to evacuate wounded personnel.
UNITED24 is a fundraising platform for collecting donations to support Ukraine. Anyone from any country can donate and receive reports on how the funds are used.
The money is transferred to official National Bank of Ukraine accounts linked to government ministries. Donations can be made to one of three areas:
