Russian forces hit Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk region with guided bomb, killing three and injuring 19, including a toddler
At first, the regional governor said the Russian attack had damaged a food industry enterprise, where a fire broke out.

"All the injured are in hospital — doctors are providing the necessary assistance," Hanzha said.
He later clarified that the number of injured had risen to 19. Among the victims was a two-year-old girl.
According to prosecutors, Russian forces struck the city with a guided aerial bomb. At 11:20 a.m., Ukraine's Air Force had warned residents about the threat of the enemy using guided aerial bombs against Pavlohrad.

The day before, on July 22, Russian forces attacked the Dnipropetrovsk region more than 40 times. According to the regional authorities, seven people were injured.
On the night of July 23, air defense forces shot down 11 Russian drones over the region. The consequences of the enemy attack were recorded in the Dnipro, Nikopol, Synelnykove and Kryvyi Rih districts.
As reported, on the night of July 23, Russian forces launched a ballistic missile, five Kh-59/69 guided aerial missiles and 168 drones at Ukraine. The air defense units of the Defense Forces shot down most of the enemy's aerial targets, but hits were recorded at nine locations.
