Organizers established the space to support veterans, their families, and relatives of missing service members or prisoners of war.

At the center, visitors can access consultations and essential social services under one roof.

During construction, developers prioritized physical accessibility. The premises feature threshold-free entryways, tactile paving leading from the street, and Braille-duplicated signage.

"Defender's Parlor" operates via a combined front-office and back-office model using a "one-stop shop" framework. Guided by a dedicated coordinator, visitors can receive administrative guidance and consultations in a single visit.

Regional authorities underlined that effective veteran policy remains a top priority for local government in the Rivne region.

A new rehabilitation and physical conditioning space for veterans opened in Kropyvnytskyi, Kirovohrad region, hosted at the local Dynamo sports complex.

Additionally, the Ukrainian Association of Football (UAF) launched "Liha Duzhykh" ("League of the Strong"), a social initiative designed to engage individuals with limb amputations or impaired limb function in adaptive football.

In Velykyi Liubin, Lviv region, Ukraine inaugurated its first integrated veteran rehabilitation center, spanning 2,100 square meters.

Meanwhile, Zaporizhzhia opened an adaptive gym for war veterans, combatants, and their families inside its athletics arena, featuring dedicated zones for cardio training, physical rehabilitation, and adaptive sports.
