These are residential buildings, high-rise buildings, etc. Now, on the eve of winter, it is necessary to implement a number of measures in order to ensure the life of the city during the heating period, – the deputy emphasized. As for the dead among the civilians, we are talking about almost a thousand people who became victims of military operations, as well as those who did not have time to receive medical help in time, says Strelnyk.
