Russia launches overnight attack on Ukraine with two missiles and 157 drones, most UAVs intercepted

Hits by 26 strike drones were recorded at nine locations, while debris from downed targets fell at four locations. The Kh-59 missile did not reach its target.
The attack was ongoing, with several enemy UAVs still remaining in Ukraine's airspace, the Air Force added.
"Follow safety rules," the military urged.
As previously reported, during the night of July 25, Russian forces attacked Zaporizhzhia with strike drones, damaging a shopping center and causing a fire covering about 900 square meters. A 63-year-old man was injured, while the blast wave and debris damaged nearby buildings.
Also overnight on July 25, Russian UAVs struck two gas stations and a fire and rescue unit building in the Poltava district. No one was injured, and the fires were quickly extinguished by Ukraine's State Emergency Service.
In addition, on the evening of June 24, Russian forces attacked Sumy with a jet-powered drone. The strike hit a civilian infrastructure facility, killing two people — men aged 49 and 48.
