While there is no record, we cannot say about the restoration of work.Meanwhile, an employee of the center, with whom we managed to talk on condition of anonymity, said that so far there is no explanation from the management of what will happen next:“Doctors' appointments and surgeries are canceled, the patients are put on a “waiting list”, everything is postponed until August 15. The staff of the medical center (and this is more than 450 employees — edit.) are sent on unpaid leave from August 15. Everyone is depressed, of course.According to our interlocutor, on May 13, when the well-known doctor Saykov was detained, the Financial Investigations Department had claims against the joint venture Nordin LLC. Nordin Medical Center has a different legal entity.“Then the joint venture was fined 500 thousand,” the employee explains. “Perhaps they want to fine the medical center as well.”Our other interlocutor, who is familiar with the situation, says that at the moment no criminal case has been opened against Dmitry Saykov.“Everything is still under investigation. There is an opinion that they determine the “payback price,” he explained. “As for the Ministry of Health, they say there might be a “rat” among the staff. They say that during the check they found three ampoules of medical preparation, which should not have been there a priori. The head nurse was very surprised. But in general, the suspension of the license did not come as such a surprise. The check of the Ministry of Health passed, the management received the act. According to the act, the ministry could partially suspend the license, but surely no one expected they would fully suspend it.Meanwhile, the violations listed by the Ministry of Health after the inspection of Nordin largely coincide with the violations found in Lode. Specifically, six of the nine items:business activity in a place not specified by the license,improper storage of medicines and the presence of expired medicines,violation of the requirements of clinical treatment protocols,violation in the conduct of medical examinations and the issuance of sick leave,violations of the procedure for organizing the provision of emergency care,violations of sanitary and epidemiological requirements, sanitary norms, rules and hygienic standards.Three more are: violations in the provision of psychiatric care, violations in the prescription of psychotropic drugs and violations in the procedure for the circulation of narcotic drugs in the institution.Nordin is not the first private medical center that has come under the close attention of the authorities: the Ministry of Health suspended the licenses for the medical activities of A1 Clinic and Lode on May 16, explaining this as a violation of the legislation on healthcare, sanitary and epidemic well-being, and on licensing.The Lode Medical Center opened on June 16, a month and a half after the license was suspended. Meanwhile, the accounts of the network of medical centers are still blocked. However, the “Clinic A1” was completely closed after the check. As it turned out, there was a conflict between the leaders. Because of this, one of them wrote a complaint to the Ministry of Health against his own company.
