It should be noted that during Volodymyr Zelensky's visit to Lithuania on April 11, Ukraine signed a bilateral security agreement with Latvia, according to which Riga undertook to provide annual military aid in the amount of 0.25% of its GDP and to support Kyiv during its accession to the EU and NATO.

For reference:

Latvian Defense Minister Andris Spruds said Latvia is ready to hand over a short-range air defense system to Ukraine.

Soon, Latvia will send Ukraine the initial group of drones as part of the Drone Coalition—the delivery expense totals 1 million euros. Additionally, Latvia has already planned for a new military aid package this month. Furthermore, Ukraine and Latvia will soon collaborate on manufacturing drones for Ukraine's armed forces.
