Mariupol Residents Sign In to Queues Several Days in Advance to Get Potable Water

Russian invaders have reduced humanitarian aid supplies to the city. In order to get potable water in Mariupol, the locals have to sign in to long queues around two days in advance, as Petro Andriushchenko, the Adviser to the Mayor of Mariupol, reports. “Mariupol. Today. People have to sign in to queue in order to get potable water. The waiting time is around two days. It means that the people have access to potable water only once in two days, provided that they are lucky. The core reason is decreased water level in the natural water intake basis. The scope of water supply is expected to reduce even more due to the natural reasons, such as the hot summer weather”, he explains.
