Austria provides energy equipment to Chernivtsi, Chernihiv, and Kyiv regions
The assistance will help:
Power transformers were delivered to the Chernivtsi and Chernihiv regions, while the Kyiv region received a diesel generator along with a set of auxiliary equipment.
"Austria remains one of Ukraine's reliable partners, consistently supporting the Ukrainian energy sector and helping strengthen the resilience of critical infrastructure during the full-scale war. We thank the Austrian Federal Ministry of the Interior and the people of Austria for their unwavering support for Ukraine and its energy workers," the ministry said.
In addition, 6.33 tonnes of humanitarian aid from Switzerland were delivered to the Chernihiv region through the Ministry of Energy's emergency energy assistance hubs.

The equipment will be used to provide backup power to critical infrastructure facilities and energy companies in the region.
