Russia kills people in Odesa, wounds residents in Sumy, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions
Sumy region
On the evening of July 14, Russian troops struck a residential area on the outskirts of Sumy. According to preliminary information, the occupiers used cluster munitions.
After the attack, the regional military administration warned that unexploded munitions could remain near the strike site.
In addition, Russian drones hit the territory of the Sumy community, damaging civilian infrastructure. Later, officials reported that seven people had been injured in the shelling.

Local authorities said Russian troops launched a missile strike on Odesa in the morning.
An air raid alert was announced in the Odesa district at 06:56 a.m. Within minutes, the Air Force warned of missiles heading toward the city. The first two explosions rang out at 06:59 a.m. and 07:00 a.m.
According to the Odesa City Military Administration, the attack damaged residential buildings.
The city military administration said that, as of 07:47, three people were known to have been killed. Three more people were injured. All were hospitalized, and doctors assessed their condition as moderate.
Kharkiv region
At around 9:45 p.m., Russian troops launched a combined attack on Izium. According to the city military administration, the occupiers used guided aerial bombs and Shahed-type attack drones.
The attack damaged civilian facilities, municipal property, agricultural machinery, and private homes. Fires broke out in the city.

On the morning of July 15, Russian troops attacked three districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region at once, using drones and artillery.
In the Nikopol area, Nikopol and the Chervonohryhorivka community came under fire. A five-story residential building and agricultural enterprise buildings were damaged there.
In Kryvyi Rih, the attack caused a fire and damaged an infrastructure facility. A 53-year-old man was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition.
Officials also recorded damage in the Sofiivka community of Kryvyi Rih district, where an unused building was damaged, and in the Krynychky community of Kamianske district, where a farm caught fire after a combined attack.
In the Chernihiv region, a man was killed in a drone attack.
"In the Pryluky district, a man born in 1989 was killed after enemy drones fell on the territory of a private household. A residential building and a car were damaged," the State Emergency Service reported.
A fire also broke out on the territory of one enterprise due to the Russian attack.
In the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, the roof of a residential building caught fire after an enemy UAV hit it. Rescuers extinguished all fires.
In the Zhytomyr region, a gas station was hit in the morning, and one person was injured. One of the gas stations in the Malyn community was attacked.
