Ukrainian Hackers Disrupt Wildberries Digital Infrastructure — Military Intelligence

Ukrainian cyber specialists from the Cyber Corps community carried out an attack on the digital infrastructure of Russian logistics and e-commerce company Wildberries, Ukraine’s military intelligence (DIU) said, UATV English reports.

According to DIU, the operation was conducted on August 10–11 and resulted in disruptions to several of the company’s key digital services.

Ukrainian specialists reportedly breached Wildberries’ system defenses, disrupting its main remote customer-service channel. The attack also partially destabilized the company’s payment infrastructure and placed additional pressure on its contact centers.

As a result, many Wildberries users were reportedly unable to complete financial transactions.

The operation came amid a broader Ukrainian campaign targeting Wildberries’ logistics infrastructure. Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces have repeatedly struck the company’s warehouses and logistics centers in Russia, with Ukrainian officials saying the goal is to disrupt the retailer’s operations and force Russian consumers to feel the economic consequences of the war.

DIU said the latest cyber operation further disrupted Wildberries’ ability to maintain normal operations and added pressure to a logistics network already affected by physical strikes.
