Khmelnytskyi region receives 10 specialized electric vehicles from Sweden for veterans with disabilities
The humanitarian aid was provided by the Swedish company Zoomability AB.

During the official ceremony, three specialized vehicles were handed over to veterans. Another seven will be delivered directly to the communities where their recipients live soon.
Deputy head of the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, Kostiantyn Kordonskyi, thanked the Swedish partners for their support and said the region is working to increase the number of such vehicles for veterans in the future.
According to the statement, one specialized vehicle costs 11,950 euros, while the total value of the humanitarian aid provided is 119,500 euros.
The handover of the equipment was the result of cooperation among the Swedish company Zoomability AB, the Khmelnytskyi Regional Military Administration, the Khmelnytskyi Regional Council, the Regional Development Agency of the Khmelnytskyi region, and the NGO Coordinator of Actions.
The initiative aims to create a barrier-free environment and support veterans returning to civilian life.

It should be noted that a modern prosthetics center has opened in Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region. It will assist military personnel and civilians who suffered severe injuries as a result of the war.
It was also reported that the Kyiv office of the Medical Center Orthotics & Prosthetics (MCOP) provides individual lower- and upper-limb prosthetics of any complexity, comprehensive recovery programs, and lifelong prosthetic support. People can receive free prosthetics there under a state or grant program.
In Kharkiv, a prosthetics and orthotics laboratory has also opened at Kharkiv National Medical University. It was created with the support of the International Committee of the Red Cross at the University Hospital.
