Media: Zelenskyy to visit Spain on 18 March

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy is due to arrive in Spain on 18 March for a visit.

As reported by Spanish news agency EFE, Zelenskyy is expected to be received by Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez at his residence, the Moncloa Palace.

This will be Zelenskyy's fourth visit to Spain since the beginning of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

The visit is scheduled for the day before the European Council meeting in Brussels on 19-20 March, to which Zelenskyy has been invited.

As European Pravda previously reported, at the summit in Brussels, EU leaders hope to persuade the leaders of Hungary and Slovakia, Viktor Orbán and Robert Fico, to honour their initial promise to approve a €90 billion loan for Ukraine.

Politico wrote that the EU has also devised a way to provide Ukraine with €30 billion despite the veto by Hungary and Slovakia.
