Earlier, the Minister of Digital Transformation, Mykhailo Fedorov, explained that Diia should become a full-fledged AI agent: instead of clicks and classic forms, users will be able to interact with the state through a live dialogue, like with a chatbot.
The AI assistant will work as a chatbot based on a large language model. He will answer users' questions in a live dialogue mode, such as where to find the ASN or what documents are needed to travel abroad.
Separately, the minister noted that AI will help simplify even complex bureaucratic processes, including processing compensation for destroyed property.
It should be noted that Ukraine is also developing its own large language model (LLM), which will become the basis for creating thousands of artificial intelligence products and strengthen the country's digital sovereignty.
