Ukraine needs an efficient financial shield to defend against Russian aggression.

On Wednesday, April 17, ahead of the European Council meeting, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy addressed the participants in the World Bank meeting – finance ministers of partner countries and heads of leading financial institutions.

He announced the content of his appeal to key global financiers in a traditional evening address.
