Dmytro Lubinets revealed how many hostages Russia detains according to official data.

The Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, states that Ukraine has confirmed data on the captivity of 1700 civilian hostages by Russia. According to him, this data has been verified, including by the International Committee of the Red Cross.
