Celtic 0-1 Rangers: Ryan Naderi hands Gers second Old Firm win in space of week to cut Hoops' Premiership lead
Ryan Naderi's strike gave Rangers their second win against Celtic in eight days to move within two points of their Old Firm rivals at the top of the Scottish Premiership.
Martin O'Neill had insisted Celtic's confidence was not "rock bottom" after their League Cup defeat at Ibrox was followed by a loss to Ferencvaros in the Europa League. But, in front of 60,000 of their own supporters, it certainly took another huge dent.
After Auston Trusty's effort was ruled out for offside, Rangers took the lead. Naderi fired in on the rebound after Viljami Sinisalo denied Min-Su Kim as the cheers turned to jeers at Parkhead.
Kieran Tierney hit the woodwork as the champions looked to respond, with Djedi Gassama then doing the same at the other end.
Celtic's first chance on target did not come until after half-time, but Ivor Pandur produced a huge save to keep Colby Donovan's header out.

Rangers continued to push. Olwethu Makhanya volleyed past Sinisalo but VAR also ruled out his effort, this time for handball.
Celtic had some late chances, but were booed off the pitch on the full-time whistle as Derek McInnes became the first manager since 1991 to win his first two Old Firm games.
6: NO GOAL FOR CELTIC! Trusty finishes well but Liam Scales had strayed offside before heading across to his fellow centre-back.

30: TIERNEY HITS THE BAR! Benjamin Nygren works the ball out to Tierney, who hammers a shot which beats Pandur but not the bar.
33: GOAL RANGERS! Kim is denied by Sinasalo, but he pushes it out for Naderi to send the rebound home.
36: RANGERS NEARLY 2-0 UP! Djeidi Gassama hits the woodwork.
42: CELTIC DANGER! Camilo Duran gets inside to clip a cross into the box but Rangers clear.
46: BIG SAVE TO DENY CELTIC! Celtic have their first effort on target immediately after half-time, but Pandur is equal to Donovan's header at the back post.
53: RANGERS CHANCES! The first one sees Sinasalo palm out James Penrice's low shot into the danger area, then Naderi cannot put the rebound home.
54: CLOSE! The visitors believe they can double their lead here as Kim has a shot towards the bottom corner, which whistles just wide of the post.
64: HUGE RANGERS CHANCE! Cameron Carter-Vickers scrambles Naderi's ball wide at the back-post.
74: NO GOAL FOR RANGERS! Makhanya's volleyed effort silences Celtic Park, but he handled it first.
79: RANGERS CHANCE! The visitors cannot kill this off! Findlay Curtis has a shot from an angle which is straight at Sinasalo.
82: CELTIC DANGER! Haissem Hassan delivers a ball from the right but it is just overhit for the head of Kasper Hogh.
86: FORREST SHOT DEFLECTED OVER! James Forrest has a shot from close range which is well deflected over.

Sky Sports' Kris Boyd:
"It was men against boys, it was the exact same as last week.
"To come and dominate a Celtic team as much as what they did, it should have been more convincing than what it was.
"Celtic are lucky to get out of here 1-0. You look at the changes that Martin made at the start of the game, the subs that came on made zero impact as well.
"Right now, Celtic are a team that's in big trouble."
Former Celtic manager Neil Lennon on Sky Sports:
"He's [Martin O'Neill] changed formation, he made four changes midweek. He's trying to find a recipe to get some fluidity.
"Rangers were the far superior team, not just in physical attributes and running power, but football.
"They played all the football. Celtic were a lot better than they have been in the first half, without being brilliant.
"But second half, totally disjointed, totally outplayed. Outworked, which is the worst thing you can label at a team.
"Really disjointed, battered, actually battered.
"All the best players were in a blue shirt today. Celtic have a lot to ponder and a lot to work out.
"They've got an international break, which is probably coming at a good time for them.
"I know a lot of them may be away playing for their countries but there needs to be a total reset because the last three performances in the space of a week have been very poor."
Sky Sports' Chris Sutton:
"Knowing Martin, he'll be greatly concerned.
"I don't like to disagree with him but it wasn't a close game. There was a massive gulf between the teams.
"I can't actually remember a Celtic team getting such a doing at Celtic Park from a Rangers team, which happened today.
"It looked like Celtic were making it up as they went along.
"Rangers were better in every department.
"Celtic have got big problems. They were smashed by Rangers and that's a concern."
Celtic boss Martin O'Neill speaking to Sky Sports:
"It was a tough game. I don't think there's very much between the teams.
"We should have created more. We had a lot of possession.
"We couldn't make the chances."
Asked whether it's been a bruising week, he added: "Of course.
"It has been a tough week. The history of the club proves it will fight back from these things.
"We're still two points ahead, so when the players get back from international duty, we'll have a rethink.
"It's concerning. Is it a disaster? I don't think so. We have to rethink and reset.
"It's a time for self-reflection."
Rangers manager Derek McInnes speaking to Sky Sports:
"Really pleased. We had to deliver a big performance and we did exactly that.
"We played with a lot of confidence.
"I was disappointed we didn't add to the goal we did score because we were deserving of that.
"We kept them at arm's length. It was a worthy win."
