US Open: Novak Djokovic and Aryna Sabalenka among confirmed mixed doubles pairs, no Carlos Alcaraz or Jannik Sinner yet
Novak Djokovic and Aryna Sabalenka will team up in mixed doubles at the US Open.
Women's world No. 1 Aryna Sabalenka and 24-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic will team up for the first time in the mixed doubles event, which was won by Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori in both 2024 and 2025.
Between them, the pair have won six singles titles at Arthur Ashe Stadium and will hope to add another piece of New York silverware when the tournament gets under way on August 30, live on Sky Sports.
Casper Ruud and Iga Swiatek, who were beaten by Vavassori and Errani in last year's final, headline the remaining teams in a field that also features world No. 2 Elena Rybakina alongside American Taylor Fritz.
Notably, Jannik Sinner, Carlos Alcaraz, and Venus and Serena Williams are yet to be named in any confirmed doubles pairings, despite all four appearing on the singles entry list.
"Any time you can bring men and women together on the same team, you showcase tennis at its best," said US Tennis Association (USTA) CEO Craig Tiley.
"We are proud to again bring the world's top players together in a format that will provide exciting entertainment for our fans.
