According to Podoliak, the obvious solution is Ukraine’s victory.
In his recent tweet, Mykhailo Podoliak, the Advisor to the Head of Ukraine’s Presidential Office, stressed that Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, who started a bloody war in Ukraine, was incapable of negotiating because he despised international law and directly declared his intentions to kill civilians and illegally seize other people's territories.
According to Podoliak, all European leaders who periodically talk to Putin were also aware of this.
"Putin is absolutely incapable of negotiating. I guess, all European leaders who talk to him periodically are aware of it. He directly declares neglecting international law, desire to seize territories and kill Ukrainians until his demands are met. Solution is obvious – Ukraine’s victory", Podoliak’s tweet reads.
