The People’s Deputies of Ukraine adopted Resolution No. 8229, which calls on parliaments and governments of foreign states to reform the United Nations and recognize the russian federation’s membership in the UN as illegitimate.   As it was explained by MP, the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Committee on Foreign Policy and Interparliamentary Cooperation, the member of the Ukrainian delegation Olexander Merezhko, this document calls not only to recognize russia as a terrorist state but also to take appropriate steps.
