Ruslan Stefanchuk awarded inventors and manufacturers of coagulants for blood stopping with the Parliament's awards

The Chairman of the Parliament of Ukraine Ruslan Stefanchuk took part in the ceremony of awarding the representatives of the American company, inventors and manufacturers of blood-stopping coagulants with the Gratitude of the Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, who provided humanitarian aid – a ton of haemostatic drugs that minimize bleeding in both minor and severe wounds as well as medical kits for first aid.
