Former British Prime Minister Boris Johnson is considering the possibility of creating a new organization to support Ukraine and rebuild the war-torn economy. The Telegraph writes about it. In a conversation with the publication, one of Johnson's friends called it "Marshall's plan for Ukraine." He is sure that "Boris will attract a lot of money" from private donors.
