Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia call on EU to set up Special Tribunal targeting Russian crimes

Ahead of EU's Foreign Affairs Council, foreign ministers of Lithuania, Estonia, and Latvia issued a joint statement calling on the European Union, together with international partners, to help Ukraine establish a Special Tribunal to probe Russia’s crimes of aggression against the neighboring country.
