Bringing Ukraine into our European free roaming area. I am going to Kyiv today to discuss all this with the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky,” writes Ms. von der Leyen.
She adds: “I want the residents of the Western Balkans, Ukraine, Moldova and Georgia to know: you are a part of our family, your future is in our Union, and our Union is incomplete without you!”
