The West Should Not Underestimate Russia's Military Capabilities in Ukraine - Estonian PM

Estonian Prime Minister Kaja Kallas says Russia is not weary of war and still has enough military capabilities in Ukraine.  Russia has plenty of troops still who can come to fight, since the Russian leaders are not counting the lives that they are losing, she said in the interview for AP. "I’ve heard talks that, you know, there is no threat (from Russia – ed.) anymore because they have exhausted themselves. No, they haven’t. They are not counting the artillery that they are losing there. So I don’t think that we should underestimate them in the longer term to still keep this up”, Kallas believes. Estonian PM also urged the Western leaders not to make the same mistake again like they did in Crimea, Donbas, Georgia and abandon idea of negotiations of bloody dictator Putin.
