The European Commission proposed expanding the sanctions list to include 169 organizations that supply russia with goods "that can contribute to the technological improvement of the russian defense and security sector." As for export controls, it is proposed to apply to drone engines, chemical, and biological equipment, riot control equipment, and electronic components.
