Russian guided bombs destroy livestock complex in Kharkiv region, killing over 30 cows

Overnight on October 9, Russian invaders attacked Ukraine with 142 Shahed-type strike UAVs and decoy drones. Air defense forces shot down most enemy aerial targets, the majority of which were jet-powered.
On the morning of October 9, Russian troops launched six guided bomb strikes on residential areas and near an extracurricular education facility in Zaporizhzhia. The attacks damaged a high-rise building and passenger cars, killing a man and injuring seven people, including a child.
Overnight on October 9, Russian forces also attacked a hypermarket in the suburbs of Chernihiv with a Geran-type drone, starting a fire at the site.
Furthermore, late in the evening on October 8, air defense forces shot down a Russian strike drone on its approach to Ivano-Frankivsk. Falling drone debris ignited a fire and destroyed an outbuilding, killing a civilian security guard on duty.
