For 6 months of 2021, 17.7 thousand people were counted at the flagships, and in 2022 it was already 18.1 thousand.About 5.0 thousand people in the agricultural sector, 5.6 thousand in industry, 1.6 thousand in construction, 3.2 thousand in retail trade left their jobs for absenteeism and other violations in 2022.In June 2022, the number of laid-off workers exceeded the number of those hired by 11.5 thousand people, and the replacement rate was 83.3%. More than half of the June cohort of those who left the flagships were provided by companies from Minsk (6.1 thousand).In January-June, 20.7 thousand people were fired on a net basis in Minsk, 6.5 thousand in the Brest region, 5.2 thousand in the Vitsebsk region, 6.8 thousand in the Homel region, 5.0 thousand in the Hrodna region, 5.5 thousand in Minsk region, and 5.2 thousand.In Minsk, the replacement rate for 6 months was 76.6% (the worst in the country), and in the regions it ranged from 84.5% in Brest to 89.4% in Minsk, in June 2022 — 66.0% in Minsk and 86.7-94.0% by regions.The flagships of the industry of the Republic of Belarus for 6 months of 2022 dismissed 11.0 thousand workers on a net basis (replacement rate 84.6%), the construction sector accounts for 7.0 thousand (70.6%), retail trade — 5.3 thousand (88.5%), transport and logistics — 4.8 thousand (72.1%), IT-sector — 8.2 thousand (48.1%), education — 8.2 thousand (79.6 %), and healthcare — 4.2 thousand (79.4%).Earlier it was reported that the Belarusian “flagships” are drowning in debt.
