During the exhumation in de-occupied Izyum in Kharkiv Oblast, the investigation found the body of a civilian man with traces of torture. The victim’s hands were tied behind his back and his scrotum was cut off. This was reported by Graty on Saturday, September 17, citing a medical expert. The man’s identity and age were not established at that time. It is known that his body was in the grave with the number 91. We will remind that on September 15, about 450 ordinary graves and one mass grave were discovered in Izyum, liberated from the Russian occupiers.
