An explosion has rocked the building where the Moscow-appointed “head of administration” of Enerhodar Andriy Shevchik lives, local media outlet Enerhodar Today said in a Telegram post on May 22. Prior to the Russian invasion, Shevchik served as a local councilman for the pro-Russia OPZZH party. According to the report, the explosion occurred at around 8:30 a.m.
