HTC Desire 22 Pro - a $400 phone for the metaverse

HTC has announced a smartphone designed to connect to the company’s version of metaverse – the Viverse. This Android 12-based phone is called Desire 22 Pro. But don’t expect it to be a top-tier device. Desire 22 Pro is a solid mid-ranger. It packs Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 SoC, which contains eight Kryo 660 cores clocked at up to 2.2 GHz, an Adreno 619 graphics accelerator and a Snapdragon X51 5G modem. It also contains 8 GB of RAM, and 128 GB of storage, expandable via MicroSD card.
