SSU General Explains Why Putin Changes Head Of Invasion In Ukraine

Ukraine is dealing with an army which remained at the level of the 19th-20th centuries. Russia has once again changed the head of the so-called "special operation". Instead of General Dvornikov, who was appointed to lead the Russian army in April, Gennady Zhidko will now be the commander of the occupation troops in Ukraine. Such changes prove the Russian army functions according to totalitarian principles, where initiative is punishable and all failures are the faultt of commanders.
