Only then we will be able to say the first number of dead in these settlements". Details: According to Monastyrskyi, since the beginning of the war, the National Police has opened more than 4,200 lawsuits against Russians for violating the laws and customs of war. Also, at this moment, 17 groups of pyrotechnics of the State Emergency Service are inspecting the area. Over the past 24 hours, more than 6,500 explosive devices have been found. They are working on demining them together with foreign specialists and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
